WHAT DO I DO IF I LOSE MY CARD?

If you lose your card or it becomes damaged you can contact our customer services on 01294 204040 or email info@simpsinns.com to order a new one. We’ll cancel your old card and issue you a new one transferring all your points to your new account. Your new card will arrive within 5-7 working days. In the meantime if you keep your receipts you won’t lose out on points – just take them to reception at The Gailes Hotel as soon as your card arrives and we’ll add them to your new account.


HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS / DETAILS?

Login to your SimpsInns Account and you can manage all your account details immediately at www.simpsinns.com. If you would rather speak to someone in person you can call our Customer Services team on 01294 204040.


HOW WILL SIMPSINNS COMMUNICATE WITH ME?

Unfortunately if you ticked the opt out box we will be unable to send you product discounts, special offers or vouchers. However, you can change your details online: Log into the Account area of this site to change your contact preferences. Alternatively contact our customer service team on 01294 204040 or email info@simpsinns.com.


WHAT DO I DO IF MY CARD DOESN’T ARRIVE?

If your card has not arrived after 14 days, please call our customer service team on 01294 204040.


HOW CAN I CHECK MY CARD BALANCE?

To check how many SimpsInns loyalty points you currently have, please login to your account for a balance update. Your points balance is updated in real time, so if you have earned points on your purchase, balance and points statement will be up to date immediately.


WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY CARD IF I DO NOT USE IT?

We are entitled to cancel your SimpsInns Loyalty Card if you do not collect or redeem any points over a period of 12 months. Therefore, any existing points will be deleted and will no longer be available.


I NO LONGER WANT TO BE A PART OF THE LOYALTY CARD SCHEME – WHAT DO I DO?

If you no longer want to be a part of the SimpsInns reward scheme, please contact our customer service team on 01294 204040 who will be able to close your account.


I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT – WHAT SHOULD I DO?
